Services Included Prior To Wedding Day:
- Unlimited Contact-Your planner will be available by phone and email whenever you need them! Utilize them as your #1 resource for wedding planning!
- Venue Walkthrough-Your planner will attend 1 venue walkthrough with you prior to your wedding day
- Timeline Management-Your planner will create and manage a detailed timeline to ensure the day runs smoothly, this helps the event and all vendors stay on schedule.
- Vendor Communication-Your planner will serve as the main point of contact for all vendors for the month leading up to your big day! Your planner will confirm arrival times and all other details specific to the vendor, along with handling any last-minute questions, confirmations and other communications to take some stress off of the couple.
- Detail Managment-Your planner will help make sure you’ve thought of it all and that all the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted.
- Rehearsal Coordination-The rehearsal for the ceremony will be managed and led by your Hillside Events planner (if your officiant does not already provide this service). This includes directing the wedding party on their roles and movements leading up to and during the ceremony to ensure everyone is prepared for the big day. Limited to 1 hour.
Services Included On The Wedding Day:
- Wedding Day of Coordinator and their assistant-Your planner and their assistant will be there to ensure the day flows smoothly. Some of the things they will do are:

-help bride get into dress, bustles dress for reception
-places personal flowers on wedding party and family members
-help direct wedding party throughout the day
- Set-Up-Your planner and assistant will supervise and ensure that venue and ceremony areas are set up to your specifications, including table decor, tables, centerpieces, aisle decorations, etc.
- Vendor Management-Complete communication and management of vendors on the wedding day to ensure they know where to set up and have everything they need for a successful event.
- Ceremony Coordination-Your planner will lead the ceremony (if your officiant does not already provide this service) to make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, keeping the wedding party on track and overseeing the processional flow.
- Reception Management-Your planner will oversee all aspects of the reception, from vendor setup and floor plan execution all the way up to the send-off at the end of the night to guarantee a memorable experience for the couple and the guests.
- Problem Solving-If any unforeseen issues arise throughout the day, your planner will work to solve them to keep the day on track! We don’t want the little things to take away from the celebration, let us take care of them for you.
- Guest Management-Guests that need help with finding seating, directions or any other needs can turn to the wedding coordinator on-site.
- Timeline Adherence-This includes overseeing the schedule of events and keeping the wedding day running smoothly according to the timeline. This may also mean adjusting the timeline as needed throughout the day and communicating this with vendors.
- Final Payments & Gratuities-Disbursing all final payments and gratuities to vendors so the couple or wedding party can focus on enjoying the day.
- Emergency Kit-Your planner always has their “emergency kit” on hand with anything we/you many need to help in any situation.
Additional Costs for the Wedding Day:
- Church and reception at 2 different locations-$150
- Transporting decor and flowers from church to reception-$300
- Tear-Down of floral and decor at reception -$200 at Hillside Events or $400 at an Off-Site Location
- Placing linens and/or chargers on tables-$200
- Placing dinnerware on tables-$300
- Steaming tablecloths-$25 per table
