We offer a wide range of items from vintage to modern pieces to fit your custom wedding design. We have many different items such as table decor, ceremony decor, reception decor, catering equipment, an extensive inventory of artificial florals and greenery, photo booth accessories/cameras, select furniture pieces, and much more!!! If you are booked with Hillside Events table linens and dinnerware can also be ordered directly through us, please contact us to order these items.

HOW IT WORKS
Set up a free consultation to view our inventory or book directly through our website. Please click on the link above to find our rental inventory.
You can view our event decor inventory in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance. Contact us to schedule your visit and take the first step toward creating a stunning event decor setup.
Need a little more help? Schedule a decor design meeting! During the 1 hour decor design consultation (included in packages, or available for an additional fee) we design your custom centerpieces and put together decor ideas to complete your vision for your special day.

Design help with centerpieces and basic event design. Client is responsible for submitting their order online with guidance from Hillside Events.

Tear Down On-Site at Hillside Events - $200 Tear Down Off-Site - $400 Leave the clean up to us, so you can focus on what matters most. After the vows are exchanged and the last dance is over, the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning up. Our Wedding Decor Tear-Down Services are designed to take that burden off of your shoulders, allowing you to savor every moment of your celebration without the stress of post-event cleanup. Our Comprehensive Tear-Down Services Include: -Packing and Organizing: We carefully pack all of your decor items--centerpieces, signage, candles, table settings, and more--into labeled containers for easy transport and storage. -If you have rented items from other vendors, we ensure they are properly packed and ready for return. -If needed we can assist in loading your items into your vehicle Why Couples Choose Us: -Reliable & On-Time Setup -Professional Team with Event-Day Experience -Tear-Down Services, Dinnerware Setup, and Second Location Setup Available Upon Request For An Additional fee |
