The occupancy is 250 people, venue seats 200 people comfortably.
How many people does the outside space seat?
Events can be up to 250 people, there is room for additional seating people on the covered patio for dinner. The ceremony space seats 250 people.
Are tables and chairs included?
Yes, all tables and chairs are included.
Is outside food and catering allowed?
Yes, you may use any caterer of your choice or bring in your own food.
Is outside alcohol allowed?
No, we require that all alcohol is provided by Hillside Events. Bar service is limited to 6 hours. 18% gratuity added onto all hosted alcohol.
Is there heat and air conditioning in the building?
Yes, we have 3 separate units for the building.
Is the facility handicap accessible and meet all ADA requirements?
Yes, we fully meet all ADA requirements.
Is there a bridal suite at the venue?
No, but bridal party can get ready at the venue in the main area or the restrooms. Or you can choose to get ready off site. Country Sky Studio's bridal sweet is located 5 minutes from the venue!
Is there an extra charge for the ceremony?
No, we do not charge any extra for the ceremony.
Does the venue come with a sound system and microphone?
Yes, we have a portable speaker and a wireless microphone that come with the venue.
Is there a projector available for a picture slideshow?
Yes, we have a smart cast TV that automatically comes with the venue that can be used for picture slideshows.
Are linens included in your pricing?
No, but you can order them directly through us! There are also napkins, table runners, tableware, misc. furniture pieces, and electronic equipment for rent. We try to make things easier!
What additional services do you offer?
We offer clean up services ($200) so you don't have to worry about anything after your event, decorating packages (pricing located under rentals tab) that include set up and tear down of decor, non-alcoholic drink service (please contact for details), cake cutting service ($50), artificial floral bouquet/boutonnière/corsage rentals (pricing located under rentals tab), and wedding planning services (pricing located under planning tab). All services are plus tax and prices are subject to change.
